The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, for example, the safe was not working, some of the electerical points were not working. I have asked to fix the safe, but it was nither fixed nor anybody came back with an apology.

Staff are very helpful. I booked a honeymoon trip to my nephew, and they upgrade their room to suite and they offer room decorations. Also, when they arrive, they mention that no bidet in the room. I have to message them, and on the spot, they send someone to add it to their toilet. Hotel is very accessible everywhere you can enjoy real beirut.

The staff are superb . Welcoming, polite and so helpful. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spotless. Situated a few minutes from Hamra street and shops and 15 min walk to coast. There is a lovely bar for an evening drink. We also felt extremely safe here. We were made to feel like family and will definitely return.
